Grabbed a tea early morning from this new Panera bread at newly opened terminal 3. Plenty of options to eat including bakery items.

After waiting in line, I find out that they are out of practically everything. The person at the counter must have thought that having me guess at what was available was a fun game, but for me it was not funny.
Finally I ask what they suggest, and they offer an alternative and so I ordered that, but they were out of one of the ingredients (they were out of eggs !??) so they couldn't even make that.
Reminded me of the Cheese Shop skit by Monty Python. -

Out of the 3 times I've been here I've had 2 negative experiences... which are enough for me to leave a review. The first being mostly positive which is why I continued to go. I travel frequently and love my breakfast.
The 2nd time my breakfast sandwich was burnt to a crisp and I didn't know until I sat down at my gate. It was beyond uneatable.
My 3rd and last time my Banana nut muffin was either old or extremely burnt..
Shame on this staff as they have the number one spot in the United terminal. -

Y'all ought to be ashamed of this overpriced, bland oatmeal you'll just sold me. If I weren't already on my flight, I'd gladly bring it back! What a waste! There was no toasted or crunchy topping as the menu stated and the strawberries are old.

Good service. I only got a cinnamon crunch bagel but it had a slight hint of onion taste. I was wondering if it was stored with other bagels.
